Customers request a shipment through our website, receive a transparent quote, and once payment is confirmed we assign the package to an upcoming courier flight. Every step, from package receipt through flight departure and arrival to final pickup, is tracked in real time and surfaced on our public tracking page, so senders and receivers always know exactly where their package is. On the ground in Africa, our destination agents receive packages from the courier and hand them safely to the receiver, or arrange a direct airport pickup where appropriate.

Who it's for. uCarry is built for the diaspora, people living in Canada, the UK and the USA who want a dependable, reasonably-priced way to send documents, gifts, medicine, electronics and other small essentials back home to family and friends in Africa. It's also for the travellers who become our couriers: everyday people already flying these routes who earn by carrying a small package with them.
