    Starting your air freight shipment is simple: Get a Quote: Use the 'Get a Quote' button or contact us with the weight and dimensions of your small electronic package. Schedule Pickup/Drop-off: Arrange for us to pick up the package in Canada, or drop it off at our designated Toronto facility. Documentation: Complete the necessary customs forms for Ghana (we will assist with required documentation). Confirm & Pay: Pay the final transparent air freight fee. We'll secure your package and prepare it for the next scheduled flight to Ghana.

    What items are approved for air freight?

    We primarily specialize in new and used small electronics (laptops, phones, tablets, accessories). All items must comply with international air freight regulations, particularly concerning lithium batteries. All batteries must be contained within the device and properly packaged to prevent short-circuiting. Damaged, defective, or recalled batteries are strictly prohibited from air transport. We will confirm compliance during the inspection phase.

    Is my electronics package insured and tracked?

    Yes. All shipments are fully covered under a default loss/damage policy based on the declared value of your small electronics. We recommend purchasing additional insurance for high-value items. Furthermore, every package includes a real-time GPS tracking number accessible via our website, providing visibility from our Canadian hub to the final delivery in Ghana.

    Customs clearance in Ghana is managed by our experienced logistics partners to ensure efficiency. Documentation: We prepare and submit all required documents (Commercial Invoice, Air Waybill, Import Declaration Form/IDF, and Tax Identification Number/TIN). Valuation: Your shipment is processed through Ghana's ICUMS (Integrated Customs Management System). Duties: Once duties (Customs Duty, VAT) are calculated based on the item's classification and value, they must be paid (this is usually handled by our local agent on your behalf in a DDP-like service, or billed to you).
